About the Authors

Karl Nelson anchored the New York Giants' offensive line for eight seasons, including the championship season of 1986. He has since served as a radio broadcast consultant for the team. He lives in Montvale, New Jersey.

Bob O' Connor has coached football for nearly fifty years, from junior high school to European professional teams. He is the author of several books on physical education and makes his home in Los Angeles.



BOB O’CONNOR has coached football for nearly 50 years, from junior high school to university to European professional teams. He is an honorary member lifetime member of The American Football Coaches Association and has coached alongside two Super Bowl coaches. He is a professor at Pierce College in Los Angeles and the author of more than 20 books on health and physical education.
