About the Authors

John Hedtke is the award-winning author of 16 books, including five books on Peachtree Accounting software. He is also a software expert with more than 20 years of experience, and he is a regular contributor to various computer magazines.

Elisabeth Knottingham writes and teaches about several subjects, including Visio and Internet content development. She was the co-author of Visio 2000: The Official Guide, (McGraw-Hill 1999), has written several magazine articles about Visio, and co-authored a book on Robohelp. She has degrees in English and Physics from the University of Washington, and lives in Seattle with her husband and two cats.
