About the Author
Kevin Loney (Wilmington, DE) is a veteran Oracle developer and DBA. He is the author of the best-selling "Oracle8i DBA Handbook," and co-author of "Oracle8: The Complete Reference," "Oracle8 Advanced Tuning and Administration," and "Oracle SQL & PL/SQL Annotated Archives." He frequently makes presentations at Oracle conferences and contributes to Oracle Magazine. George Koch is a leading authority on relational database applications.
