The book warms up with a comparison of Linux, Windows, and Mac OS, and looks at the features that make this version stand out from the crowd. Corel Linux is designed to be easy to install, so the chapter on this is relatively short, though it's supported by screen shots and a troubleshooting section.

The main part of the book is divided into four easily digestible, well-structured sections--so you can skip many of the more technical areas and return when you feel ready.
