About the Author

Serdar Yegulalp (Huntington, NY) was the Technology Editor with Windows Magazine from 1994 through 2001. He is also the co-author of Using Windows NT Server 4, Platinum Edition and the Windows 98 Installation and Configuration Handbook from QUE. He is editor of the Windows 2000 Power Users newsletter (www.win2kpowerusers.com), derived from the ongoing column he wrote at Windows Magazine about Windows 2000 and related issues.
