About the Authors

Jennifer Ackerman Kettell (Peoria, AZ) is an experienced HTML and JavaScript website developer and designer with over eleven years of experience in online community management and marketing experience. She has been a contributing author and freelance writer for many published computer book titles.

Guy Hart-Davis (Barnard Castle, UK) is the author of more than 50 computer books including CNET Do-It-Yourself iPod Projects, all editions of How to Do Everything: iPod And iTunes, and Mac OS X Leopard QuickSteps.

Curt Simmons (Saint Jo, Texas) is a freelance writer and technical trainer who specializes in Windows operating systems and BackOffice products. He holds the Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) and Microsoft Certified Trainer certifications (MCT).
