A primary goal of this text is to give the student a process for solving the kinds of problems found in an introductory computer science course. The text focuses on teaching enough problem solving and Ada 95 so the student can solve a variety of introductory-level problems. Most chapters contain a section on common mistakes and a set of exer- cises that give the student an opportunity to hone their problem solving and Ada programming skills.
