David Anspaugh is Chairman of the Sports Management Department at Tri-State University in Angola, Indiana. He received his B.S. from Albion College, his M.S. from Eastern Michigan University, his P.E.D. from Indiana University and Ed.D. from the University of Tennessee. He is a certified Fitness/wellness instructor from the American College of Sports Medicine.
