This book teaches readers how to use 13 of the standard utility programs that IBM supplies with its OS/MVS system. These utilities are general purpose programs that can be tailored for specific jobs. For example, the print utility can print files in a wide variety of formats - all the user has to do is supply a few control statements that specify the desired format.
