About the Author

John Levine is the author of many worldwide titles including the multimillion copy best-seller The Internet For Dummies. He also lectures and consults on the Internet and is a frequent speaker at computer conferences and training events. John previously hosted a call-in radio show about the Internet. He holds a Ph.D. in computer science from Yale University. Margaret Levine Young is the best-selling author of over two dozen books with various coauthors, including John Levine on The Internet For Dummies. In addition to teaching and giving lectures on the Internet, Margaret writes a regular column called "Webwise" for Seven Days in Burlington, VT. She holds a B.A. in computer science from Yale University.
