82/1 I found it fascinating, for example, to learn about the origins of brainstorming and other methods. I found the section on role play the most useful I have read, and the references and lists of further sources were equally helpful. It certainly caused me to review what I am doing in this field and gave me a structure within which to reflect. -- Youth in Society
