Considering the book as a whole, it is a significant contribution in an area that greatly needs such work. It puts together, in a coherent manner, important concepts in the structured programming area. One can ask: 'For whom is this book intended?' I believe the answer is there's something for everyone.

This book has rubbing and smudging to both covers, a slightly shifted spine, a bumped bottom corner to the front cover, toning to the interior of the covers, a faint grey ink stamp and a former owner's black ink signature on the front endpage, a mild crack in the binding at the title page, light yellow staining approx 1/2 by 3/4 inches on pages 13/17, and an overall uneven gentle aging to the pages, otherwise this book is in good reference condition with crisp, unmarked pages, a tight binding, and a strong cover.
