Praise for the First Edition:
Dr. DePamphiliss book is a rare achievementa textbook that provides nuts and bolts information for the businessperson with responsibility for doing a deal. I intend to give a copy to every one of my clients as a must read before considering a merger or acquisition. A few pages into Mergers, Acquisitions, and Other Restructuring Activities I knew it was obviously written by someone who has been there, done that.
