Synopsis
This book is not a survey of biometeorology. Specialized reviews already exist. Because of the multidisciplinary nature of the subject, however, there is a need for a unified look at methodology. Examples of biometerorological studies have been shown, therefore, not because the results are necessarily significant but because the method is instructive. Hopefully, the book is controversial in a positive sense. No previous book on biometeorology has been written from this point of view.
