She holds certifications in NNM, OpenView Performance (OVP), and OVO, and has spent nine years teaching and consulting on OpenView products. DEBORAH WILLIAMS, an OpenView support engineer for HP, holds certifications in OVO, High Availability with MC/Service Guard, and HP-UX System and Network Administration. She has taught UNIX, networking, and OpenView System Administration classes. PAUL WEBER, an HP consultant based in Colorado, authored the paper "OpenView and Hostname Resolution."
