About the Author

STEPHEN J. MICKLO is an Associate Professor in the Childhood Education Department of the College of Education at the University of South Florida. He has extensive experience in the public school system as a prekindergarten teacher, kindergarten teacher, primary grades teacher, elementary school assistant principal, and an elementary school principal. Professor Micklo is the coauthor of The Elementary Math Teacher's Book of Lists (Wiley) and the author of Primary Teacher's Math Activities Kit.
