Dr. Brancheau was a founding Principal and is Managing Vice-President of Solista Global LLC in the US and is Managing Director of Solista Global BV inThe Netherlands. Solista is a consultancy for the strategic application and management of technology in business. Dr. Brancheau is an internationally recognized expert in web-based and television-based electronic business. He has held executive-level IT management positions and served as a tenured research professor. He led the architecture of a web-based, rules-driven, medical eligibility determination system for the State of Colorado that has become a model nationwide. Dr. Brancheau has authored more than a dozen web-based courses on web applications development and has presented on electronic commerce worldwide at universities and on radio and television.
Dr. Shi is currently Technology Planning Manager of Singapore Pools. He has served in IT strategy and planning for the pass 20 years in the areas of E-commerce, IT security and network design. He is a member of the Information Technology Management Association (ITMA), Singapore, and the Information Resources Management Association (IRMA).
