CRAIG FELLENSTEIN is the Global Chief Deployment Architect at IBM Global Services. He has been lead architect for the worldwide deployment of IBM eCommerce infrastructures for many of IBM's key global eBusiness initiatives. Prior to rejoining IBM Electronic Commerce Services in 1995, he was also Chief Systems Designer for the Xerox Corporation. He first joined IBM in 1978, working in Artificial Intelligence topics while studying AI at Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He previously served in the United States Air Force, Tactical Air Command working in Aerospace Weapons Delivery.
RON WOOD is an Executive Consultant for IBM who played a key role in developing IBM's global eCommerce strategies. Ron provides eBusiness thought leadership for executives of companies across a variety of industries. Prior to his current assignments, he was a senior architect in IBM's Worldwide Solution Center. Ron is currently completing his Ph.D. on eCommerce with Walden University. Ron has also been noted for his work in eCommerce solutions in the journal Futuristics.
