Susan Smith Kuczmarski is a teacher, educator group facilitator, and leadership and teacher trainer. She holds a doctorate and two master's degrees in sociology and education from Columbia University and has taught at a number of universities. Thomas Kuczmarski is president of Kuczmarski & Associates, a leading innovation, marketing, and management consulting firm based in Chicago.
