Synopsis
This concise book represents the distillation of the author's knowledge and experience gained over twenty years of research, teaching, and the practical application of his "conceptual programming model" for adult education. It is intended to meet the longstanding programming needs of students and practitioners in adult education or related fields, as well as the needs of those who plan and manage educational enterprises for adult learners. This book presents a comprehensive, conceptual framework for planning, designing and implementing, evaluating and accounting for planned adult education programs.
