About the Author

Jonathan Gordon is a prominent InDesign instructor, training students and adults in Adobeproducts for 20 years. He is an award winning instructor receivingthe Broward County Journalism Adviser of the year from the Sun Sentinel newspaperin 2010 and 2015. He won JournalismAdviser of the Year from the Florida Scholastic Press Association (District 7) 2004 and 2010.  Jonathan helped establishthe Academy of Journalism at McFatter Technical High School. He taught Digital Media Technology through McFatter TechnicalCollege and received a Masters in Mass Communication from the University of Florida. Jonathan lives and works in Upstate New York. 

Cari Jansen is an Adobe Certified Instructor and Community Professional, and an industry professional with a hands-on production background in print, digital media, and elearning. As a publishing consultant Cari provides training, design and production support services for Adobe Captivate, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Muse, and Acrobat. She also works as a technical editor, and has developed many Adobe training courses including a MyGraphicsLab course for InDesign CC. Cari has been teaching InDesign for more than 10 years. Cari lives and works in Perth, Australia.
 
Rob Schwartz is an award winning teacher with 15+ years experience in Technical Education. Rob opened the first Technical High School in the county, McFatter Technical High School.
