About the Author
HARRY S. SINGH has over 30 years of hands-on experience in Information Sciences. He worked more than 11 years with IBM, and was a member of the Computer Science faculty at the University of Texas. The holder of 8 US patents, Dr. Singh has published numerous technical papers, as well as two other Prentice Hall books, Heterogeneous Internetworking and UNIX for MVS Programmers.
