About the Author
Jackie Sherman has been involved in teaching and assessing IT courses at further education colleges since 1996. She also trains staff in an education department and writes courses for distance learning colleges. Her online activities include being on the National Tutor Database for LearnDirect. Jackie is ECDL qualified and is the author of several successful IT books.
