Synopsis
Horace "Truck" Hardy is a southern preacher's son who joins the Marines to fly jet planes in Vietnam. After being shot down and rescued, Truck is sent back home where he finds a second war awaiting him: a failed farm, a broken marriage, a dangerous job outside the law, and a self-imposed isolation from which a stunning act of violence is his only escape.
