Synopsis
Hastiado de vivir en un apartamento de una ciudad populosa, Sam Gribley se refugia en la soledad de las Montañas Catskill para comenzar una vida nueva. About the Author
El amor a la naturaleza y el respeto por todo lo silvestre que siente Jean Craighead George ha sido la inspiración para muchos de sus libros orientados a los adolescentes. Igual que Sam Gribley, Jean Craighead George aprendió a comulgar con la naturaleza por propia experiencia. 'Mi padre y mis hermanos me familiarizaron con la fauna silvestre y la naturaleza', dice. 'Me llevaban con ellos a la selva para que conociera las plantas y los animales, sus hábitats y sus relactiones con el ambiente.
