Julie Le Clerc is a chef, food writer, stylist, teacher and consultant, and the author of six best-selling cookbooks, Simple Café Food, More Simple Café Food, Vineyards of New Zealand Cookbook, Little Café Cakes (shortlisted for two international awards), Simple Deli Food, café@home and feast@home.
