Stephanie Maze is an award-winning photographer whose work has appeared in many magazines, including National Geographic, Time, and Newsweek. Ms. Maze is principal of Maze Productions, Inc., and lives in Washington, D.C.

Maze includes spreads on terminology, international attire, fashion trivia, a "who's who" list of designers, and even the process of making silk. She closes with a profile of a girl's success at designing and marketing fingerless fleece hand protectors. A fun update to Miriam Moss's Fashion Designer (Crestwood House, 1991).
