PreSchool-Two board books featuring the characters from many of McNaughton's picture books. In Little Goal! Preston and Mr. Wolf are trying to outwit one another in a game of soccer. Little Oops! shows the two animals making mischief for one another. One page reads: "Oops!" and shows one of the characters in trouble, while the facing page shows what caused the disturbance. In one scenario, Preston eats a banana and tosses the peel, causing Mr. Wolf to slip. The final spread ends with the pig triumphant as always. The texts in both books consist of simple phrases accompanied by humorous illustrations of Preston, Mr. Wolf, and familiar objects on a white background. The pictures are large enough to use in storyhours.
