Review

Understanding Human Communication provides students with the material they need to know to become competent communicators in the 21st century. Patricia Carr Connell, Gadsden State Community College, Alabama I have used this book for several semesters with great success. Students like it, I like it, and it provides the most basic communication concepts without oversimplifying or trivializing the material. B. Hannah Rockwell, Loyola University Chicago
