About the Author:

Sharon Rudansky-Kloppers is a professor in the Department of Business Management at the University of South Africa (UNISA). She is the head of the First Year Section: Business Management and teaches students the basics of business management. She is interested in the focus areas of marketing
management and business communication. She has lectured at UNISA for 23 years. Johan Strydom is a professor in the Department of Management and Entrepreneurship at the University of South Africa (UNISA), and teaches first year students the basics of business management. He is interested in the focus
areas of marketing management, international marketing, small-business management and strategic management. He has lectured at UNISA for more than 30 years.
