Michael Kirkwood, PhD is Director of the Rehabilitation Psychology & Neuropsychology Program at Children's Hospital Colorado in Aurora, Colorado, and Professor in the Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the University of Colorado, School of Medicine.

Jacobus Donders, PhD is currently the chief psychologist at Mary Free Bed Rehabilitation Hospital in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
