About the Author
Ronald Hutton is Professor of History at the University of Bristol. He is the author of Charles II: King of England, Scotland, and Ireland (1989), The Restoration: A Political and Religious History of England and Wales 1658-1667 (1993), The Stations of the Sun: A History of the Ritual Year in Britain (1996), and The Triumph of the Moon: A History of Modern Pagan Witchcraft (1999)
