His specialty is project management systems with particular emphasis on computerized, code-driven scope and quality definitions, change control and the integration of cost with schedule. George Suhanic has presented project management papers to seminars and symposium meetings of the American Association of Cost Engineers, the International Cost Engineering Congress, the Project Management Institute and the Engineering Institute of Canada. George Suhanic has designed and instructed project and construction management courses at the University of Toronto, and for the private sector.
