Ms. Jasper holds a JD from Pace University School of Law and is a member of the New York and Connecticut bars. Ms. Jasper has been appointed to the panel of arbitrators of the American Arbitration Association and the law guardian panel of the Family Court of the State of New York and is a member of the American Trial Lawyers Association.
