About the Author

Robert L. Mapou received his Ph.D. in clinical psychology from Emory University, in Atlanta, GA and completed pre- and post-doctoral training in neuropsychology in Atlanta and in Boston, MA. He is board-certified in clinical neuropsychology by the American Board of Professional Psychology (ABPP). Since 1993, he has been a clinical neuropsychologist in independent practice with William Stixrud, Ph.D. and Associates, LLC, Silver Spring, MD, where he specializes in the evaluation of adolescents and adults with learning disabilities and attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD).
