Sarah E. Kreps is the John L. Wetherill Professor in the Department of Government, Adjunct Professor of Law, and the Director of the Brooks Tech Policy Institute at Cornell University.

James Patton Rogers is the Executive Director of the Brooks Tech Policy Institute at Cornell University and the NATO Country Director of the Full Spectrum Drone Warfare project (NATO SPS).
