About the Author

Kanishka Bedi, an Assistant Professor at Universitas 21 Global, Bangalore, has over a decade of teaching experience at various management institutes and is active in research, executive training, and consultancy. He has been a faculty member at the Jaipuria Institute of Management, Lucknow, and a visiting faculty at the Indian Institute of Management Lucknow and the Department of Business Administration, University of Lucknow.
