About the Author:

Prof. Satheesh Kumar, presently a faculty at ICFAI Business School, Kochi, has around 30 years of experience of working both in the industry and academics. He has been the Regional Business Manager at the Accel IT Academy as well as Senior Manager (Resources and Marketing) at the Accel Software and Technologies Limited. He has published a number of papers and articles in management journals and national business dailies.
