About the Author
G. W. Jones is a Professor and Co-ordinator, Demography Program at Australian National University. R. M. Douglas is a Foundation Director at the National Centre for Epidemiology and Population Health. J. C. Caldwell is a retired, University Fellow, Emeritus Professor, Co-ordinator of the Health Transition Centre at the Australian National University.
