Synopsis
Numicon builds a deep understanding of maths through a multi-sensory approach, developing children's fluency, reasoning and problem-solving. This laminated number line, scaled to take Numicon Shapes, shows Numicon 10-shapes laid horizontally end-to-end with points marked, but not labelled. The points can be labelled with multiples, fractions, decimals, percentages or negative numbers, using a whiteboard pen, to support children with exploring number relationships and calculating.
