Synopsis

Hardcover. Condition: Very Good. Hardcover, slightly oversized. Red cloth over boards. Black lettering. No DJ. Binding tight and square. Overall quite good, but not glossy enough for Very Good. Title page dated 1992. First edition. 404 pages. This copy with the initials LPB on front endpaper (for Lincoln Brower) with date Aug 93, and the note 'On EN' to indicate that it's listed on EndNote, his digital card catalogue. The code On EN on the spine in gold sharpie. Initials LPB on the front foreedge, as well.
