About the Author
John Baylis is Emeritus Professor and formerly Head of the Department of Politics and International Relations and Pro-Vice Chancellor at Swansea University.
James J. Wirtz is Professor of National Security Affairs at the Naval Postgraduate School, Monterey, California.
Colin S. Gray is Professor of International Politics and Strategic Studies at the University of Reading.
