About the Author
Nigel Foster, Visiting Professor of European Law, Europa Institut, Saarland University, Saarbruecken, Germany and Bristol Law School, the University of the West of England
Nigel Foster is a Visiting Professor at the University of the West of England and Saarland University and has nearly 30 years experience teaching and examining EU law. His other OUP publications include EU Law Directions, Foster on EU Law, Q&A on EU Law, and German Legal System and Laws.
