About the Author


Joe Hoover is Senior Lecturer in Political Theory in the Department of International Politics at Queen Mary University London, where his research and teaching is on global ethics and international political theory, with a focus on human rights and the global movement for a human right to housing. His work has appeared in Third World Quarterly, Law and Contemporary Problems, Philosophy and Social Criticism, Journal of Human Rights , International Theory, and Human Rights Review.
