Review:
This casebook strikes a good balance between explaining the law, quoting from key cases, and providing critical commentary on the cases and the way the law is developing. * Mariette Jones, Middlesex University * Suitably rigorous for second year students, whilst written in a comprehensive style. * Tina Hart, University of Huddersfield *
