About the Author
Mark Furse was Reader in Law at the University of Westminster, and has also taught Competition Law at the London School of Economics, in Sweden and in France. He has also trained staff at the OFT and other UK agencies in the application of the Competition Act 1998. He is currently a Freelance
Consultant and Researcher in Competition Law.
