About the Author
Robert Abbey, solicitor, is Director of Legal Practice in the Department of Professional Legal Studies at the University of Westminster. He is also a consultant with Russell Jones and Walker Solicitors, London and is the Law Society's Chief External Examiner in Property Law and Practice. Mark Richards, solicitor, is a Partner at Hamlin Slowe, specializing in all areas of commercial property and is Senior Lecturer in Law at the University of Westminster. He is subject leader for conveyancing and commercial property on the university's Legal Practice Course.
