Karon Monaghan is a Barrister (called 1989) at Matrix Chambers. She practices principally in the field of equality law. Chair, Discrimination Law Association. Member of the Equal Treatment Advisory Committee (ETAC) of the Judicial Studies Board (30 June 2003 - 29 June 2007). Employment Tribunal Chairman (part time) (2000 - 2005).
