About the Author
Nicky Padfield is a Fellow of Fitzwilliam College Cambridge and a Lecturer at Cambridge Institute of Criminology. She has published widely on criminal law and criminal justice. A qualified barrister, she sits as a Recorder in the Crown Court and is Editor of Archbold News.

Nicola Padfield has not disappointed in providing undergraduate law students with a detailed yet accessible criminal law book which represents more of a handy case book than a rigorous textbook.
