Synopsis

About the Author
Dr Graeme McLeod is Consultant Anaesthetist and Clinical Reader in Anaesthesia in the University Department of Anaesthetics at Ninewells Hospital and Medical School in Dundee, UK. Dr Colin McCartney is Staff Anesthesiologist and Associate Professor in the Department of Anaesthesia at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre, University of Toronto, Toronto, Canada. Tony Wildsmith is Emeritus Professor of Anaesthesia at the University of Dundee, Dundee, UK.
